WHAT IT IS
Lorenzo and Debbie	Campo Lorenzo Skypark is a private gated community of friendly folks enjoying the many benefits that Baja has to offer. The initial Campo Lorenzo RV/Villa Park offers annual lease arrangements for RV or home site lots with cement patio pads, electricity, water and sewer. A few Americans are full-time residents, most of the others have built and maintain part-time homes and the rest have trailer/RV set ups according to their individual needs.
Additionally, all residents have free use of the secured boat/RV storage area. We have a large "Wreck Room" with full kitchen facilities, restrooms etc. available for any and all occasions at no charge. With the addition of our newly government approved airstrip, we have now started the second phase of development. The Skypark area of approximately 45 acres will be for residential home construction only. The property site and street configurations accommodate
	hanger homes if desired. The first stage of our Skypark includes 26 waterfront home sites. The main entrance to the Baja Skypark is equipped with an electric gate and block wall which offers security and a little touch of elegance! Among other things, many folks choose to live in Campo de Lorenzo because of the excellent security. Campo de Lorenzo is built on a peninsula and  is surrounded by the Bay of San Quintin water on three sides.
